These Affiliate Registration Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Bacalah.my [My Online Services], hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the individual or entity (“Affiliate”) applying to participate in the Company’s affiliate program for its digital product website. By completing the registration process and becoming an affiliate, the Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
- Affiliate Program Eligibility:
1.1 The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.
1.2 Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program.
1.3 Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Any changes to the provided information should be promptly updated by the Affiliate. - Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1 The Affiliate agrees to promote the digital products listed in Bacalah.my through approved marketing channels in accordance with the Company’s guidelines and instructions.
2.2 The Affiliate shall not engage in any misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive practices in promoting the digital products in Bacalah.my.
2.3 The Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the promotion of the Company’s digital products.
2.4 The Affiliate shall not engage in any activities that may harm the Company’s reputation or brand image. - Commission and Payment:
3.1 The Company shall pay the Affiliate a commission for each eligible sale or action generated through the Affiliate’s unique referral link or tracking code, as specified by the Company.
3.2 The commission structure, rates, and payment terms shall be outlined in a separate document or agreement, which shall form an integral part of this Agreement.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to modify the commission structure, rates, or payment terms at any time without providing any notice to the Affiliate. - Intellectual Property:
4.1 The Company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company’s digital products in accordance with this Agreement.
4.2 The Affiliate shall not modify, alter, or misrepresent the Company’s trademarks, logos, or promotional materials without the Company’s prior written consent.
4.3 All intellectual property rights associated with the Company’s digital products, trademarks, and promotional materials shall remain the sole property of the Company. - Termination:
5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, upon providing written notice to the other party.
5.2 Upon termination, the Affiliate shall cease all promotional activities and remove any links, references, or materials related to the Company’s digital products from their website, platforms, or marketing channels.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to withhold any unpaid commissions or terminate the Affiliate’s account if the Affiliate breaches any provision of this Agreement. - Confidentiality:
6.1 The Affiliate agrees to keep all non-public information received from the Company confidential during the term of this Agreement and after its termination.
6.2 The Affiliate shall not disclose or use any confidential information for purposes other than the performance of their obligations under this Agreement, unless required by law.
By completing the registration process and becoming an affiliate, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
